We’ve been cooking in shadows…
It’s just a CrossFit super sandwich at the moment team. Over the past month we had 3 Snakes throw down for Down Under Championship to qualify for their spot. What a vibe. Even better, the support we had from members to get this done was COOL. Thank you.

Congrats to Kieran Taylor + Caleb Buckmaster for locking in and making it to Wollongong for elite pairs - mens

Congrats to Alicia Seery + Amy Wiley for sneaking in and making RX Pairs - women’s

Miah Bryant was oh so close at the Indi stage… 32nd in s stacked field…. Top 20 was the number. HUGE EFFORT.
