𝙌: 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙬 𝙃𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙚?
A: I competed in my first boxing event when I was 11 years old. Then when I was 13, I decided I had enough experience to compete in the Open at Australia's Greatest Horseman competition on our good old imported mare, Pep N Coda Lena. I was doing well until my cow jumped over me going down the fence.
𝙌: 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜?
A: I've been competing in campdrafting events since I was 9 years old.
𝙌: 𝘽𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙨𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙧?
A: Placing fourth in the ARCHA Open Reined Cow Horse Futurity on my home-bred and trained horse, Dude. Another highlight was making the Short Go in Reined Cow Horse at last year's NHSRA Finals in Wyoming.
𝙌: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙃𝙎𝙍𝘼 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪?
A: It's a great opportunity to open bigger doors and create new paths in life for me, both in Australia and the USA.

A: Corey Cushing, Boyd Rice and my dad, Rob Leach.

A: Favourite horse: Dude.
About Dude: Dude is my little bay gelding that I placed on in the Open Reined Cow Horse Futurity. He's my favourite because of how much I've learnt from him. I'd say he's the smartest horse I've ever ridden by far and he's taught me almost everything I know about breaking in and training horses. He's out of our imported mare Pep N Coda Lena, who my dad won the Limited Open Reined Cow Horse Futurity on in Reno in 2007, and by our accomplished stallion Hazlewood Congressman.
Favourite thing about your horse: The best part about working with horses and being a horseman is that it's what makes us cowboys and lets us do cowboy things. One of the greatest things is the connection you build with them and how much they teach you.
𝙌: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙎𝘼 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙥?
A: I'm most excited for the chance to make the Short Go again this year and see what I can do.
𝙌: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚?
A: I want to represent Australia and myself the best I can and perform to the best of my ability in the competition.
