One of the most exciting parts of last year’s Kinetic Day Out was seeing just how many kids turned up, got involved, pushed themselves and stayed with us throughout the day.

We watched kids try things they’d never done before, challenge themselves, encourage each other and exceed their own expectations of what they thought they were capable of.

For Kinetic Day Out, we’re proud to be supporting The Beacon Truck - a mobile soup kitchen initiative by Holistic Recovery that has become an important part of the Tamworth community.

The Beacon Truck provides practical support, connection and dignity to people who may be doing it tough, with the incredible support of local individuals, businesses and the wider community.

🗓️ Every Wednesday.
⏰ 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

Everyone is welcome. No referrals. No forms. No expectations.

And on Kinetic Day Out, 100% of shirt sales, donations, and money raised through food & drink purchases on the day will go towards supporting The Beacon Truck.

Last year was about bringing people together through movement, community and good energy and the memories captured by Blake Palmer Photography still speak for themselves.

From the laughs to the competition, the connections and everything in between… this is what Kinetic Day Out is all about.

And this year, we’re making it even bigger. 🧡
