Cronulla Sharks Baseball Club

We’re excited to share we will be one of six clubs across NSW hosting the new Sydney Blue Sox Slugger Series!

The Slugger Series is a new Coach Pitch / Zooka junior tournament series, giving young players even more opportunities to get on the diamond, represent their club and enjoy some great competitive baseball. Teams can take part in one tournament or tackle all six across the season.

And make sure you circle Sunday 31 January 2027 on the calendar because the series rolls into Sylvania Waters for the Sharks Frenzy 🦈

We can’t wait to welcome teams from across NSW to the home of the Sharks 🦈 for what should be an awesome day of junior baseball.

What a finish to the winter season! Our Cronulla Sharks Division 2 team are Grand Final Winners, taking down the Vikings today and bringing home the silverware 🏆

A massive congratulations to the entire team — a season of hard work, great baseball and playing for each other has ended in the best possible way.

And a huge congratulations to Scott Chadwick, named Grand Final MVP. An outstanding performance on the biggest stage and a very well-deserved recognition. What a way to finish the season, Scott!

👏🏻 A huge shoutout to the Vikings, who played a fantastic game and pushed our Sharks 🦈 all the way. A great contest and a Grand Final played in terrific spirit.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night as we officially kicked off the 2026/27 Cronulla Sharks Baseball season!

It was fantastic to see so many members of our Sharks 🦈 community together off the diamond — catching up with old friends, welcoming new faces and celebrating the start of another exciting season ahead.

Now the countdown is well and truly on… bring on Opening Day ⚾️ and the 2026/27 season

While it wasn’t quite the result we were hoping for on Grand Final day, making it all the way to the big dance is an achievement to be incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to all our players, coaches and supporters on a fantastic winter season. Thank you for representing the Sharks 🦈 with pride and showing what our club is all about — mateship, teamwork and a love of baseball.

What an incredible turnout for our Sharks 🦈 Working Bee yesterday

A massive thank you to everyone who gave up part of their Saturday morning to roll up their sleeves, grab a shovel, rake, mower, broom (or whatever else you could find 😂) and help get our grounds and clubhouse ready for the season ahead.

As you’ll see from our photo carousel, there were plenty of hands on deck and an enormous amount achieved 🙌🏼

Days like yesterday are a great reminder Sharks 🦈 is so much more than just a baseball club — we’re a community.

🦈 SHARKS COMMUNITY — WE NEED YOUR HELP 🦈

Our Working Bee is this Saturday 22 August from 8:30am–11:30am, and we’d love as many hands as possible to help get our grounds season ready! ⚾💪🏻

Even if you can only spare 30 minutes or an hour, every little bit helps. Wear suitable clothes and shoes, bring some gardening gloves if you have them, and come lend a hand for your Sharks community.

Many hands make light work — let’s get our home grounds ready for another great season 🦈⚾

Whether you’ve played baseball before, haven’t picked up a glove in years, or have never played at all, we’d love to see you at our Adult Try Baseball event this Sunday!

If you’re 16 or over and interested in joining a team for the upcoming summer season, come down and meet our committee, learn about our adult competition and find out what it’s like to be part of the Cronulla Sharks Baseball community. No commitment and no experience needed — just come along, have a chat and see if baseball could be for you!
