Shire Footy Parents!
After 10 years of developing young players, we’ve seen it all.
We’ve seen patient, consistent kids grow into confident players and we’ve seen talented kids lose focus and walk away from the game before reaching their potential.
If your child is obsessed with footy and dreams of becoming a representative player, this is exactly what we’ve specialised in for the past decade.
More than 90 representative players have come through our programs, and most of them had one thing in common: consistency over several years.
They committed to developing their “product” the skills, confidence and decision-making they deliver on the field every weekend.
If your child is playing each week but struggling to get involved, they may be missing valuable opportunities during an important stage of their development. Simply playing more games doesn’t always create improvement. Deliberate training does.
At Strength Empire, we empower young players to trust themselves and play footy the way it should be played with confidence, freedom and the ability to express their skills.
Whether your child is lacking confidence or simply needs a fresh environment with a different coaching voice, our Off-Season Program could be exactly what they need.
Our upcoming Off-Season Program kicks off in mid-September.

Let this be a reminder to anyone chasing a goal.
Real development takes time.
There are no shortcuts. You can’t skip the process and if you’re not patient and consistent with the work, the reward may never come.
Your child might be on a similar journey to Jamie. He was passionate about the game and desperate to improve, but he needed the right environment, coaching and direction.
We knew that if his skills didn’t develop, it could limit his future opportunities. So we worked tirelessly to ensure his skill level would never hold him back.
Now, his skills are exceptional, especially for a front-rower.
That’s the kind of development every parent wants for their child. But it doesn’t happen by waiting.
The reality is, your child could play another three seasons and still be the same player they are today. More games don’t automatically create more development. Deliberate training does.
If you want your child to build their skills, confidence and understanding of the game, our Off-Season Program could be the environment that changes everything.
Our Off-Season Program kicks off in September.

A lack of coordination makes it hard for any kid to pick up new skills.
