Have you ever thought of something’s impossible and had your mind blown by what you can do?
You never thought you could make it, but you end up surprising yourself!
If our Director can learn freestyle at 48 years old, (the most uncoordinated person on the planet) then we believe that you can too!
PS. She now does marathon swimming races in the ocean!

The tribe that trains together, holidays together, sees magic together! 🌟
Here are some snaps of the Sydney Swimmers crew last May on our 5-day Heron Island trip. It was a fantastic time away from the city, communing with nature and the wonderful marine life of the southern Great Barrier Reef. We were blessed to see some manta rays and turtles too!🐢🐟
Keen to join our tribe? Your first session is free! Just visit the link on our bio or send us a message.

🏆 WELCOME TO THE 50M CLUB! 🏆
🏊🏾 Ash joined us in June 2025. He didn’t know how to tread water back then, and enrolled in our Water Safety & Treading Water Beginner Workshop for 4 weeks. After that, he breezed through the Learn to Swim Program. He went up from LVL 1 to LVL 4 in a span of 7 months! Now he can swim 50 metres confidently and effortlessly. We’re very proud of you Ash!

🏊🏻♀️ Lidiya and Jane have been with us since 2023 starting in Level 1. Both have had extended times overseas and as such suffered gaps in their swimming journey. They returned to us last year, joining lvl 3. To fast track their swimming they decided to get personalised guidance for their swimming goals and started swimming together in our Duo Private Lessons with our Director, Kari. They were recently introduced to diving, can now both swim 50 metres comfortably, and tread water very well! Amazing progress, Lidiya and Jane!

What equipment do I need to bring for my first adult swimming lesson?
You only need five basic items for our sessions at Prince Alfred Park Pool:
1️⃣ A swim cap (mandatory because you cant learn if your hair is in your eyes)
🥽 Well-fitting goggles - yes its worth getting better than the basic $15 ones
🩲🩱Well Fitting (not loose) swimwear - loose swimear = harder to swim
🚰 A water bottle = just cause your in water doesnt mean you dont lose water .
5️⃣ A towel (you would be suprised how often people forget this.
If you are coming from the CBD we reccommend a mesh bag so things can drip dry.
Not sure how to start
Getting started is as easy as sending an sms 📱+61 483 959 262
