Another successful Tai Chi Seminar in Melbourne on 5th May. Great feedback that the attendees loved the variety, with form and application, then push hands. Next one (in August) in planning already. 🙂

Successfully conducted the 1st of the 2024 series of Tai Chi "From Form to Push Hands" (https://www.jinli.com.au/events-list/yang-taijiquan-from-form-to-push-hands-workshop-one) workshops in Melbourne last weekend. This workshop is focused on developing internal skills through traditional Yang Style Eight Five form and application in Push Hands. Great to see a group of dedicated students want to further their Tai Chi practice towards Internal development. A great venue.
