Healthy Aging and Longevity Goals Starts Before Breakfast 🌿
Every morning I spend 15–20 minutes barefoot on the earth, moving, breathing, strengthening, balancing, and connecting with nature.
This daily ritual supports my energy, strength, mobility, balance, mindset, and overall wellbeing.
As women age, maintaining muscle strength and balance becomes increasingly important for independence, confidence, brain health, and longevity.
After 46 years in the fitness and wellness industry, my message remains simple:
✨ Move daily.
✨ Build strength.
✨ Challenge balance.
✨ Nourish your body.
✨ Honour your age.
✨ Celebrate what your body can do.
Because healthy aging isn’t about adding years to life.
It’s about adding life to your years.
I have also added a peptide gell that includes Carnosine ( the longevity peptide)
It is proving to increase energy while reducing pain.

Hello Beautiful Women,
As many of you know, movement has been my life’s passion for over 45 years.
I have just received the news that I am once again a Finalist in the AUSactive Awards 2026 as both Yoga Professional of the Year and Pilates Professional of the Year.......I was nominated for both in 2022 and won both, so this is more then inspiring.

Through fitness, dance, Yoga, Pilates, meditation, coaching, and wellness education, I have witnessed one simple truth:
