Our Meet the Coach Day was a fantastic success, with plenty of sunshine, friendly faces, exciting conversations and, of course, a delicious BBQ! ☀️🌭

It was wonderful to see our baseball community come together as we get ready for another great season. We’re looking forward to everything the season ahead has in store! 💙❤️

⚾️ Community Umpiring Courses ⚾️

A number of upcoming 𝗡𝗦𝗪𝗕𝗨𝗔 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗨𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 have been published across Sydney, with opportunities coming up at Greater Western, Macarthur, Ryde, Castle Hill and Manly.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥?

Community Umpiring Courses are designed as an entry point for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of umpiring, improve their knowledge of the game or begin their umpiring accreditation pathway.

✅ Minimum age 12 years
✅ Suitable for players, coaches, parents and club volunteers
✅ Participants aged 18+ require a valid Volunteer Working With Children Check
✅ Complete the Community Officiating Essential Skills Course before attending
✅ Complete the NSWBUA online test following the practical course to receive accreditation

Whether you want to become an umpire, better understand the game or simply help support baseball at your local club, there’s a course available to get you started.

Our working bee was a huge success! ⚾️🙌 Close to 20 people turned up throughout the day to lend a hand, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who gave up their time to help make our fields the best they can be.
