We’re expanding our services to bring you Clinical Pilates, now available at our Sans Souci location! Whether you're looking to recover from an injury, improve mobility, or enhance overall strength, our fully equipped Pilates studio has everything you need – Trap Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrel, and more.

We offer:

✅ Pre & Post-Natal Pilates – Supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum recovery

Hi everyone!

Rehab First Hydrotherapy and Performance Centre officially opens its second location in Sans Souci next week on the 17th of Feb!!!

We are a multifaceted rehabilitation centre offering physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise physiology and clinical Pilates now in your local area!

We have a large state of the art gym with specialised rehab equipment, a large hydrotherapy magnesium pool offering 1 on 1 or group classes, a clinical pilates studio run by trained Pilates physiotherapists and many spacious treatment rooms. We can help assist with all orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiorespiratory conditions.

We accept all NDIS, workcover, CTP, those with Homecare packages, private and Medicare clients.

You should be able to see our bright green building when driving by Rocky Point Rd opposite the Superbarn and Crystal Car Wash in Sans Souci.

Please come and have a look when you are next driving by or in need of some treatment.
