The Yoga School Bondi Junction

We are located at the Centennial Park end of Oxford St, Bondi Junction. We have beginners, general and private classes. We welcome all levels of experience.

The class sizes are small so that students receive individual attention. We emphasize learning and understanding and doing the poses with mindful awareness. Students are able to progress from beginners to advanced in a safe way. The classes are structured , starting with standing poses and basic core poses before progressing to more mature poses.
