Sharing the joy of "Groove Therapy" with a wonderful group of refugee/migrant women :-)
Dancing away isolation (which is a real risk for some of these women). Dancing is also a great physical outlet to express emotions, build confidence & support physical/emotional well-being.
Most importantly it provides social opportunities that help women to connect with other women in a safe & fun environment while learning a new skill! 💃😁
