Sometimes camping isn't about where you go.
It's about how it makes you feel. ❤️
We travelled to Tuscany in Europe to capture exactly that feeling.
☀️ Yoga by the sea.
🏖️ A picnic on the beach.
🎬 A movie night in front of the awning.
🍝 Long dinners around one table.
🌅 Sunsets, conversations, laughter, and moments you'll never forget.
Camping is about freedom.
About spending time together.
And about making memories you could never plan.
That's why we create products at Peggy Peg that make camping life easier. So you don't have to worry about securing your awning or setting up your campsite—you can simply spend more time with the people who matter most.
Because in the end, no one remembers which peg they used.
But everyone remembers that evening under the stars. ✨
Welcome to Tuscany.
Welcome to where camping becomes memories. 🏕️❤️
🪨 Hard ground? No problem – as long as you use the right solution.
One of the questions we get asked the most is:
"Which Peggy Peg is best for hard ground?" or "What to do on hard standings?"
The answer is: it depends. That's exactly why we offer different options to suit different camping styles. 👇
1️⃣ Peggy Peg N Screw Peg
Our most affordable option – especially if you're securing a large tent or awning with lots of pegs.
A few important tips:
✔️ Always pre-drill with the Peggy Peg Drill Tool.
✔️ Use the height-adjustable hook.
✔️ As the screw peg goes in, it compacts the ground around the thread. This means it often reaches full holding power before it's completely screwed into the ground. Once it feels secure, stop turning and adjust the hook so it's positioned close to ground level.
2️⃣ Hardcore Aluminium Peg
Don't want to pre-drill? The Hardcore is a great alternative.
Its displacement thread pushes the ground aside rather than cutting into it, allowing it to perform exceptionally well even in gravel. Simply hammer it in and unscrew it for easy removal.
⚠️ One thing to keep in mind: if heavy rain softens the ground, this peg can lose holding power—just like a traditional tent peg.
3️⃣ Peg&Stop HD
Our toughest peg yet, made from recycled marine-grade stainless steel. 🧡💙
It combines the best of both worlds:
✔️ Extremely strong and durable.
✔️ Can even be driven into hard ground using an impact driver.
✔️ The thread provides excellent holding power in almost every ground type—except loose sand.
There isn't one perfect peg for every campsite. The best choice depends on the ground beneath your feet—and we've got a solution for almost all of them.

🇮🇹 “A few years ago, a storm destroyed my awning. Today, I’m standing in Tuscany filming content alongside the Peggy Peg team.” – Marcus
If someone had told me that back then, I probably would’ve laughed.
1. Small problems can lead to big opportunities...
It all started with a broken awning.
At the time, I was simply looking for better tent pegs.
I never imagined that this one decision would eventually bring me to Tuscany, working side by side with the Peggy Peg team.
➡️ Sometimes, the very problem that frustrates you today is the one that takes you somewhere you never expected.
2. Behind every brand are great people...
Great products impress.
Great people stay.
What started as a customer relationship turned into a genuine friendship for me and my family. ❤️
Today, I’m creating content with the Peggy Peg team here in Tuscany something I could never have imagined back then.
3. The most famous place isn't always the best one.
While everyone else was heading to Siena, we chose San Gimignano.
Less crowded.
More atmosphere.
And quite possibly the best gelato we’ve ever had. 🍨
➡️ Sometimes the best memories are made in the places not everyone chooses to visit.
4. The best journeys aren’t built on perfect plans. They’re built on unforgettable moments.
I came here for work.
I left with new friendships, unforgettable memories, and plenty of inspiration.
Some trips stay with you because of the places.
Others because of the people you meet along the way. ❤️

🌪️ A storm can turn a relaxing camping trip into an expensive one in just a matter of minutes.
That's why being prepared is just as important as hoping for good weather. 💪
One question we get all the time is:
"Wouldn't your pegs hold up in a storm?"
The honest answer is: They probably would. Our screw-in pegs are designed to provide a strong and reliable anchor. But during a severe storm, the pegs often aren't the weakest point.
Eventually, something has to give – whether it's the awning arms, the awning fabric, or another part of the awning itself. Your pegs could still be firmly anchored in the ground while the awning has already been damaged.
That's why we always say:
An awning is designed for fair weather – it's not a storm shelter.
Proper anchoring can significantly reduce the risk of damage. But if strong winds or severe weather are forecast, our advice is always the same: Pack the awning away. Safety comes first.
