Every day they show up with a willingness to learn, a determination to get stronger, and a mindset that proves age is never a barrier.

Some started lifting weights in their 50s. Others in their 60s and 70s. They didn’t come in trying to be the strongest in the room…they came in wanting to feel better, move better, and live life on their terms.

Ronit took on 3 rounds of 40 seconds of continuous chin-ups and proved that we’re capable of so much more than we think.

Starting 1 July, the Best Life Dead Hang Challenge is officially underway!

But this isn’t about beating everyone else… it’s about beating yourself.

Each member will record their best dead hang time every month from July through to December, giving you a chance to see just how much your grip strength, shoulder stability and resilience improve over time.

No leaderboard. No pressure. Just you vs you.
