Sometimes we forget just how far we've come.
The person who started this journey is not the same person navigating life today.
You've built greater awareness, deeper self-trust and a capacity to hold things that perhaps, once upon a time, would have completely overwhelmed you.
And I think we forget that sometimes.
We look at the uncertainty we're facing today and wonder, can I handle this?
Without acknowledging all the evidence that says: you already have!
So today, give yourself a big hug and acknowledge how far you've come. π
And here's a hug from me too. xx
Just when I think I've mastered a lesson, life lovingly presents me with another opportunity to practise it. π
Turns out personal growth isn't about becoming perfect.
It's about becoming more compassionate with our beautifully imperfect humanity.
Before my day starts, I take a few moments to prepare the room.
Not because I have to.
Because I want to.
It's my way of slowing down, setting an intention, and creating a space where people can simply be.
A space for honesty.
For vulnerability.
For reflection.
For coming home to themselves.
It's a privilege I never take for granted. ππ
For a long time, I thought belonging was something I had to find.
What I've come to realise is that it begins much closer to home. π₯°
The more we learn to accept ourselves, trust ourselves, and be ourselves, the easier it becomes to create meaningful connections with others.
Feeling incredibly grateful for the beautiful people I get to share this chapter of life with.

thank you for opening the doors of your gorgeous clinic to The Love Approach Project, love ya!! π
There was a relationship in my life that I regretted for a very long time.
And for a long time, I blamed myself for it too.
Looking back now, I see things differently.
Because sometimes we don't need a different past.
We need a different perspective.
What if all of it was part of the path?
I'd love to know what resonated with you.
Big hug xx

There is something amazingly freeing about no longer needing everyone else's approval.
Self-awareness has a way of quieting that noise.
One of the deepest human needs is to belong. π₯°
To feel seen.
To feel valued.
To know there is a place where we can simply be ourselves.
As I celebrated my birthday this year, I was reminded that family comes in many forms.
Sometimes it's the family we're born into.
Sometimes it's the people life places on our path.
And sometimes, if we're brave enough to open our hearts, we discover that home can exist in places we never expected.
Feeling immensely grateful for this beautiful community. ππ
to the launch of and the celebration of my birthday at my home away from home
Back when I was married, I wanted my husband to truly see me.
To celebrate me.
To understand me.
To make me feel important.
What I've come to realise is that while I was hoping he would do those things, I wasn't fully doing them for myself.
I wasn't seeing myself.
I wasn't celebrating myself.
I wasn't showing up for myself in the way I wanted someone else to.
Interesting, right?
Sometimes we spend years waiting for others to give us something we've never learnt to give ourselves.
And then life sends us with an invitation:
To become that person for ourselves first.
I would love to know...
Where in your life have you been waiting for someone else to give you what you might be ready to give yourself?
π
This birthday taught me something I wish I had learned years ago.
We often walk around with an empty cup, hoping someone else will fill it.
But what if we're the ones who need to go first? π
