I’ve tried every single diet and every single training program, and what I’ve realized over my 15 years of training is that you can train as hard as you want, but if you’re not eating properly and cutting out alcohol. It won’t do anything.
You can eat as well as you want, but if you’re not training properly, it won’t do anything either. You need both. You can eat as many whole foods and as clean as you like, but if you don’t train hard enough, your body’s going to stay the same
So the general rule of thumb is use is. Eat 80/20, 80% good clean foods. 20% s**t. But use that s**t food to fuel your workouts to train harder. Train 6-8 times a week. 2-3 cardio sessions and 4-5 weight sessions. Lift as heavy as you can with the best form you can
Also, be patient, this doesn’t happen overnight. This happens years and years of consistently and hard work.

Session with Sebastian Oreb | Online Coach & Mentor for Personal Trainers today 12 weeks out from nationals was an amazing experience. It’s not every day you get a 1:1 session with one of the best coaches in the world.
We went through my bench, squat and deadlift and made a lot of change in my technique for bench and squats. It was an information overload which is exactly what I needed, especially if I want to take my lifting to the next level.
I learnt so much today so I really appreciate Sebastian for taking time out of his busy schedule to coach me.
We made the most changes on my bench which means I need to take the weight back and learn a new technique which is which I wanted. He taught Alexiane how to unrack my bench and wrap my knees for squats. Then worked on my deadlift which at the end I was able to pull 210kg (3xbodyweight) deadlift today which I was surprised about.
Today was definitely a core memory and an experience I’ll never forget. So many great take aways and such a great learning experience. So thank you again bas.

Back at the My Muscle Chef head office tour today to see all the behind the scenes. From the prep work, to the cooking, weighing of food packaging and WHS practices.
We got to see everything, next time you want to say my muscle chef isn’t fresh. Come with me for a tour of the kitchen and you’ll second guess yourself.
I’ve been with them for years now. They have been nothing but a great brand to me. The way they take care of their staff, freshness of food and everything else in between is next level. You have to see it with your own eyes to believe it.
Thank you CEO Tushar for today.
