We are excited to announce Psychotherapist Dipti Vira will be one of the speakers at our event today, organised in collaboration with BK Australia & She Magazine.
Dipti will guide us through “It’s Okay Not to Be Okay,” gently breaking the silence around mental health and creating space for honesty most of us don’t get to have out loud.
She will also lead us through a powerful reflective activity:
Imagine an invisible backpack you carry every day; into it goes every worry, every hurt, every unspoken weight from your life. Now imagine carrying that same bag for days… months… years.
How does it feel? Heavy? Light? Have you even noticed it’s there?
From there, we will move into individual brainstorming; a quiet, personal moment to reflect on how you currently cope, and where there might be room to lighten the load.
This isn’t a session to sit back and watch. It’s one to feel, reflect, and walk away from a little lighter.
📍 Don’t miss this one, mental health deserves the same courage in the room as every other conversation we have about business and life.

We are excited to announce that Heer Shah will be one of the speakers at our 28th August event, organised in collaboration with BK Australia & She Magazine. She will speak on the topic: Creating Connection, Celebrating Stories & Reminding People They Don’t Have to Navigate Life Alone.
Heer is an entrepreneur, storyteller, and the founder of Salt & Stories Supper Club and Samaara Diamonds in Sydney. Having moved from India to Australia, her own journey of building a new life and identity has shaped a deep belief in the power of community, meaningful conversation, and having spaces where people can simply be themselves.
Through Salt & Stories, Heer brings people together around food and shared stories; creating genuine human connection in a world that’s growing more disconnected by the day. She is passionate about the conversations that matter most: women’s wellbeing, confidence, belonging, and mental health. Her belief? Sometimes a safe table, an honest conversation, and feeling truly heard can be just as powerful as anything else.

We are excited to announce that Tim Collins will be one of the panelists at our 28th August event, organised in collaboration with BK Australia & She Magazine. He will discuss the positive effects of music on mental health.
Tim Collins is an Australian musician, composer, educator, and writer whose lifelong passion for music has shaped a rich and diverse career. Born and raised in Brisbane, he began his musical journey as a boy soprano in the St Stephen’s Cathedral choir, while also studying piano and flute. His formal education continued at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University.
As a concert singer, Tim has performed extensively across Australia, presenting a wide range of repertoire from oratorio and recital to contemporary classical works. His artistry has been featured in radio broadcasts and recordings. Tim’s international travels have deepened his appreciation for the vocal, string, and piano traditions of Asian music, which continue to inform his creative and teaching practice.
Tim began practicing meditation with the Brahma Kumaris in 1985 during his first year at university. This spiritual path has profoundly influenced his approach to music, performance, and life for over four decades.
He regularly contributes to internal and public-facing service programs and workshops, sharing the transformative power of meditation. He believes it plays an essential role in nurturing inner harmony and happiness amidst today’s complex and fast-paced world.
Beyond performance, Tim has worked extensively as a singing teacher, composition tutor, vocal coach, and accompanist. His thoughtful writings on performance and composition have appeared in a range of music publications.
Tim’s compositional work has received international recognition. In 2015, his arrangement of Afro-American Spirituals premiered at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. and was later performed in Los Angeles. His chamber piece Desdemona, for mezzo-soprano and string quartet, was premiered at the 2017 Aspen Music Festival by acclaimed mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung. In 2018, the Colorado Music Festival showcased the world premieres of two major works: the song cycle Love’s Crusade and the orchestral work Buch des Sängers.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tim composed for musicians across Europe. His collaboration with the ensemble Conceptus and tenor Scott Robert Shaw led to the album Gods, Ghosts and Monsters, released by Divine Art Records, featuring original works and arrangements. A forthcoming release will include two original song cycles: Buch des Sängers and Faces of Henry Lawson.
