What a beautiful day to paddle on the Nepean River! Our come and try day finished with the usual coffee and cake catch up to replenish the tank after a full session of race starts, power and pace with coach Ray.

Most of the NSW Dragonboat race season is held right here in our backyard and we host the elite Dragonboat calendar events like region versus region, state championships and Australian championships all right here in Penrith.
