Great high energy class on Monday night. Quite a few senior belts too. Return of an old student back to Hapkido. Great to see Tas again. So it was a busy night.

Had a lot of fun training at SGM Lees place with Master Kevin Laing and his TSDA Team. Hot, tight and over 40 techniques. New, old and revision.

What a fantastic day at grading. So proud of all my students but today was a special day for me. You're involved with them, see them weekly so in a way and you know what to expect somewhat from them. But today I was very surprised. All smashed it. So proud of you guys. SGM Lee had only positive comments for you all. Thats a rare day. He's a very hard marker. Again thanks to JGM Kevin, Ma'am Jaime (who run it like a machine today) and of course the Instructors and parents for their support today. Hapki.🙏🙏🙏

A big night focussing on sparring. Distance, movement, speed, surge and timing were a few of the training techniques we focused on.
