Inner West Ultimate (IWU) is an ultimate frisbee organization running leagues in Sydney's Inner West Inner West Kings is Sydney's only open ultimate league.
IWU runs leagues year round based out of the Tempe Recreation Reserve. We are open to players of all levels, from Worlds Players to 'how-the-heck-do-you-throw-this-thing players.'
Inner West Mixed League is a social league where players can start, learn, and increase their frisbee skills. Playing Wednesday nights, players are placed on teams for the season who they'll play with for the championsh

🏆 The IWU 2026 Autumn Season finished with a bang!
A huge congratulations to our season champions, Team Rocket, and to our runners-up and Spirit Champions, Team Wordle. Your effort, determination, and commitment were on full display all season long.
A massive thank you to all our team captains and volunteers. This league simply wouldn't happen without the time, energy, and enthusiasm you bring week after week.
❄️ Winter Hat League is just around the corner, and we'd love to see you back on the field for more fun, great spirit, and ultimate.
