What a great initiative and proof that if you invest in grassroots sailing you get results.
This is the kind of stuff that the Trouble+Strife team love to see!
Some great learnings for yacht clubs around Australia including Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron🥰

Trouble+Strife boasts an exceptional team, and it's always gratifying to see their accomplishments acknowledged.
Recently, Associate Professor Dave Austin AM received a prestigious Member Order of Australia award for his contributions to safety and medicine in sailing.
We're fortunate to have such an esteemed professional, Doc, as part of the team. Trouble+Strife

Proud of the Trouble+Strife family, great kids doing amazing yachting things.
Well done Ashleigh Swadling your passion, talent and occasional craziness has paid off.
Keep following your dreams!
This event we had welcomed Ash Swalding to Team Aqua. She is with us as part of our Intern Programme.
“Hi all, I’m Ash. I’m 24 and an Aussie living in the UK 🇦🇺🇬🇧
I started out in dinghy racing (Optis, 29er’s, then Nacra 15), which led me into sailmaking, and now into racing yachts. Currently working with Khumbu 56 and the Cape 31s.
My goal is to sail on RC44s, Cape 31s, Clubswans and eventually manage a race team.
This week has been an incredible experience, really opening my eyes to how much the shore crew does behind the scenes and the depth of knowledge they bring to solving any problem.
Overall, it’s been a wicked journey so far.”
Thanks Ash for all your help over the past two weeks!

TAS kids enjoyed a cracking day on the water.
Sunshine, nice breeze, great company & a couple of frosty ones.
Close racing with Rush who crossed the line 15 seconds ahead to get the gun.
Stoked with our new cockpit flooring thanks to Deck Armour
