🎉 HUGE NEWS: New Zealand is hosting the 2029 Junior World Orienteering Championships (JWOC)!🧭

In case you missed it, the International Orienteering Federation (IOF) Council officially made the announcement following their July meeting. This is a massive win for orienteering in the southern hemisphere! 🏆

Here is why this is such a big deal:

History in the making: This is the first time ever that New Zealand will host JWOC. 🗺️

Rare Oceania honour: This is only the second time the championships have come to Oceania. 🌏

Flashback: The region last hosted the event nearly two decades ago in Dubbo, Australia back in 2007! Get ready for an incredible JWOC Carnival in 2029! 🏃‍♂️💨
