Yesterday we hosted a Open Mat of sydwomensbjjcollective at Trinity, and we are very proud to have held such a special event.

Seeing the mats filled with great energy, unity, and high-level Jiu-Jitsu only reinforces our mission of encouraging and strengthening women’s participation in the gentle art.

It was a pleasure to welcome everyone to our home. We continue building a stronger and more welcoming space for women in Jiu-Jitsu.

Building coordination, focus, confidence, and listening skills while preparing children for success at school and beyond.

Learning self-defence, anti-bullying strategies, discipline, and the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and supportive environment.

🏆 10–15 Years
Developing advanced self-defence skills, discipline, leadership, and competition readiness while preparing for the transition to adult classes.
