Recovery doesn’t stop after one-on-one rehab.

Our supervised rehab groups are designed for people who are ready to progress their recovery journey in a supportive group environment, while still receiving guidance and monitoring from our physiotherapy team.

Training alongside others going through a similar experience can build confidence, motivation, and consistency, all within our high-end gym facility.

3 things every parent of a young athlete should know 👇

1️⃣ Rest isn’t rehab.
Time off might reduce pain temporarily, but without addressing strength, movement patterns, and load management, the issue often comes straight back.

2️⃣ “They’ll grow out of it” isn’t a plan.
Growth-related pain and injuries are common in young athletes, but that doesn’t mean they should be ignored. Early support can make a huge difference in recovery, confidence, and performance.

3️⃣ Your kid is not a small adult.
Young athletes are still developing physically and mentally, which means training, recovery, and rehab need to be tailored specifically to them, not copied from elite adult programs.
