Big news 🔥

A huge congratulations to Luke Starr on officially becoming a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer.

The Level 3 is one of the highest coaching credentials in CrossFit, held by only around 1% of CrossFit trainers worldwide. It’s a recognition of years of coaching experience, continued learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

We’re incredibly lucky to have someone of Luke’s knowledge, experience, and leadership guiding our coaching team and community. His passion for helping others improve is a big part of what makes Mona what it is.

A massive achievement, and one that is so well deserved 👏
