“As Sir David Attenborough celebrates his 100th birthday today 🎉, I just want to say thank you for the incredible impact he has had on the world—and on my life personally. 🌍❤️ Ever since I was little, I watched his documentaries in complete awe 📺✨. His love for nature, the ocean, and wildlife inspired something so deep in me that it eventually led me to study biology in university 📚🔬. I wanted to understand the natural world as he did, and it was all because of him.
One of the most special moments of my life was swimming with humpback whales in Tonga 🐋💙 for the first time. After that experience, I wrote him a letter 💌, and a few months later, he responded 📫. I was so unbelievably happy 😭🥰. It is something I will treasure forever.
Thank you, Sir David, for helping generations fall in love with this planet 🌿🦋, and for reminding us how precious and connected all life truly is 🌺🤝. Your voice, kindness, curiosity, and passion have changed the world in ways that are impossible to measure 🌟.

Cardio ❤️🏃♂️🏃🏽♀️❤️
Whether that’s running, sprinting, or another form — plays a key role in long-term health.👩⚕️
The message going around is: just lift weights and eat protein — that’s all you need.🏋But it’s not that simple.
Strength training is incredibly important. It supports muscle, bone health, and overall strength.
At the same time, it doesn’t offer the same benefits for things like:
❣️ Mitochondrial density — (your cells’ ability to produce energy)
❣️ VO₂ max — (how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise)
❣️ Healthy ageing at a cellular level
These are all closely linked to how we age.👴🏻👵
That’s where running, sprinting, and cardio come in.
And this is exactly why I’m sharing this — the photo here is of my parents 🤍
A real-life reminder that longevity isn’t about one thing, it’s about balance.
It’s not about choosing one over the other — it’s about combining both.
You don’t need to run extreme distances either. In fact, too much can have the opposite effect.🐌
Like everything, it comes down to balance and dosage.🩵
Do your strength work.
Get your cardio in.
