Phoenix has been doing Freerunning Parkour and FreeG (indoor freerunning parkour) for 6 years.

7 years ago he began seeing Tyson to help with the problems he was having with his ankles, knees, hips, and back as a result of a leg length discrepancy after suffering a badly fractured femur and being diagnosed with Joint Hypermobility syndrome.

He's currently in QLD representing PCYC Hawkesbury and Gymnastics NSW in the National Clubs Championship.
Having completed Finals today he's walked away as the National Silver Champion in the FreeG Senior Elite Division for both Freestyle and Speed Run, as well as achieving Gold in the Team Gym Performance.

I have never met a better therapy dog than Rocky the Rockstar. The natural intuition he has for how the kids feel and what they need is beyond anything I have ever seen from a dog. Rocky helps settle kids emotions and has a amazing ability of being able to pick the next exercise and motivate kids to do their exercises. He is absolutely ADORED by not only the kids but also our adult clients which at times love a quick pat. Seeing the connection and bond Rocky builds with the kids is absolutely heart warming and nothing short of AMAZING. We are so grateful to share Rocky with our paediatric clients and watch the magic happen and the bond and love build, while growing stronger and getting the help the kids need. Thanks for all your help Rocky ❤️ 🐶

Congratulations to our AMAZING client Zac who came 1st 🥇and is off to State to represent Sydney West, he ran in the Sydney West Cross Country Carnival today and placed 1st in the 8/9 boys in his division. Zac has been working closely with our physio Tyson and is progressing in leaps and bounds. To see our client achieve results like this is a credit to Zac for his willingness and determination and a credit to the work that Zac and Tyson put in together. Zac we couldn't be prouder of you and we are SO excited for what the future holds for you. Well done 👏

One of our very own amazing clients Chloe Smith will be heading of to Canberra to represent NSW at the Nationals for Cross Country. Chloe lives with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia ( a form of Cerebral Palsy ) and last year had major surgery. Let's fast forward to now and this little champion will take on Nationals for Cross Country, she has improved her running time and has moved forward in leaps and bounds with her movement and strength. Chloe we at Healthy Living Concepts couldn't be prouder of you and wish you all the best at Nationals.
