FATHERS' DAY IS NEXT WEEK! 🦸♂️

This Father's Day, Invincible HQ will support those touched by cancer, and to prevent and manage cancer for future generations.

Every year in NSW alone, more than 46,000 new cases of cancer are expected to be diagnosed, and the impact on families, carers and communities is significant.

On 5th of September, all Dads are invited to come train with your child on the mats, and afterwards show your kids that you're their hero by breaking through a 2cm real wooden board!

Leo set out with one goal, to become an Invincible Coach. That goal is history now.. he’s already working on the next one.

This past year he earned his Black Level in the LION Program and passed his Level 2 Coaching Certification. He’s now working toward Level 3.

The students love him because he’s tough and genuine at the same time. Every class, whether he’s demonstrating or coaching from the side, he gives 110%.

His energy hasn’t changed since day one. It’s still unmatched.

Fun Fact: He actually fainted on his very first class at Invincible HQ many years ago, because he’s mind was pushing but his body couldn’t.

(Second photo) 10 years ago he was one of our Invincible Juniors, working on his roundhouse kick. So I got him to write himself a training program.

“I already know how to do that,” he told me.

I said it doesn’t matter what you already know, you can always make it better.

His face was mind blown. It stuck with him.. 😊

Today he’s the one teaching it, passing on these values and mentalities to the future generations so passionately and confidently.

This year brings a different kind of test. Alex is heading into his Year 12 exams, and we know he’ll bring the same focus he’s always brought to the mats.
