Free, weekly, timed 5km running event in Rhodes, NSW Rhodes parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards.

parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5km timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy these beautiful surrounds and get physically active at the same time. Wow what a chilly but beautiful morning it was at Rhodes parkrun 😍 693 people ran, jogged and walked the course.

It was a lovely morning at Rhodes parkrun. Today 624 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 79 were first timers and 93 recorded new Personal Bests.

The weather is looking good for Rhodes parkrun, and the roster is (almost) full.

We have a volunteer spot for a photographer, if anyone wants to give it a go. All you need is a smartphone and a Facebook account (to upload the photos to our page). No experience required.
