Hi all.

Getting the call for volunteers out early this week.

We need three marshals.

The weather forecast is great, so if the idea of standing in the outdoors on a warm spring morning, maybe with a coffee in hand, appeals to you, we'd love you to come and support the event we all love.

Welcome to Tutu day where wives try not to recognise their husbands for fear of embarrassment!!
With Winter weekend sport coming to a close there was a significant rise in numbers this beautiful Saturday morning. 267 people turned up today plus all the awesome volunteers to assist in running today’s event.
Without the Volunteers there is no Parkrun so truly thank you for giving up your time.
Many Milestones were achieved today so congratulations to you all. The big milestone for everyone is that you chose to get up and do a 5km course instead of sipping a coffee at home. You have all chosen a great start to your weekends.

Once again a huge congratulations to Heather for her C2S achievement. Was great to see you back doing Menai parkrun.

Thank you to everyone who showed up today and looking forward to seeing you all next Saturday too. I’ll try to dress normal but can’t promise anything 🤪🤪

UPDATE:
All mandatory positions for this week have been filled (yay).... However if you'd like to volunteer, we would happily welcome you.
