Our Womens Preseason kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday 2 December, 6 pm to 8 pm at St Lukeâs Park, Concord đ
From here training runs every Tuesday and Thursday, 6 pm to 8 pm through to 20 December before the Christmas break.
What to expect tomorrow
⢠Meet at the gym at 6.00 pm for the gym session (6.00 to 6.50)
⢠After that we move to St Lukeâs Park for the field skills block (7.00 to 8.00)
All women are welcome, whether you have played before or not đ

West Harbour Rugby would like to congratulate GM Dave Lyme on his appointment as Northwest Rugby Manager for NSW Rugby based in Tamworth. Dave will leave at Christmas to take on this exciting new role and we wish him all the best and thank him for all the great things heâs done for the club.

Former West Harbour player and Scottish international Claire Cruikshank.
Claire received five Scotland caps between 2001-2006 and is now a well-respected coach. Former coach of the Swedish Womenâs XVs team and has previously held various coaching positions with Scottish Rugby at U18-U20 level, as well as GB Students 7s.
We are delighted to announce that The University of Edinburgh Head of Women's Rugby, Claire Cruikshank, has been appointed to a historic new position within Scottish Rugby where she will be become the first ever professional rugby coach for Edinburgh Rugby Women.
"Claire's impact on the University of Edinburgh over the past decade has been nothing short of transformative, building a programme that is now a vital pathway for talent to the National Womenâs team.â
âWhile Claire will be stepping away from the day-to-day coaching our University womenâs team, weâre pleased to share that she will retain a formal strategic oversight role for our programme through our ongoing partnership with Edinburgh Rugby. We are immensely proud of Claireâs achievements and look forward to seeing her continue to shape the future of womenâs rugby in Scotland at both a national and international level."

2025 Pre-Season Training is back! đ
All of our sides have returned to training in preparation for 2025. Training at St Lukeâs on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday we welcome ALL old and new Players to join us!
Following the Christmas break, training will resume in the New Year on Monday January 13, 2025.
