June TCS x Rejoov Partner Run Club Saturday 13/6/26 on a sunny Winters morning. It was high humidity and the ocean was calm as we ran past. 11wks out, 27km plus shorter options 18-22km. We started at a foggy Queens Park, heading off at 6:30am via Fred Hollows Reserve, Coogee beach, Maroubra beach, Malabar Headland, Jenniferβs boardwalk, Cape Banks Road, Anzac Pde & Avoca St back to Queens Park. Finishing with coffee at QP Kitchen. Highlights included many of the runners seeing new areas for the first time and for some like Lauryn and Isabelle it was their longest ever run π€Έπ€Έ

Tassie has the fastest half marathon in Oz!! Rejoovers really got a kick out of this cool conditions, flat course in a beautiful city. Big congrats setting a 5min pb 1:20:01 (so close to sub 80) on the way to GC Marathon!! .jackson scoring a pb 1:36 and .dunleavy 1:38 enjoying the event albeit with a calf injury. Definitely add this half marathon (or 10k / 5k) to your list for fast flat pb courses. This event was buzzing with many pbs and the winner Haftu Strintzos 1:00:41 set the fastest Half Marathon on Australian soil as did Izzie Bat-Doyle in 1:08:48 also now the Aus womenβs record.
