Why Road Fitness Classes Are Different

1.⁠ ⁠We cap our classes at 18 people.

This isn't because we can't fit more people in. It's because we believe better coaching and better programming deliver better results.

2.⁠ ⁠Train with your own weights, at your own level.

When we're deadlifting, squatting, or bench pressing, you use weights that suit you.

If you can deadlift 120kg, set up 120kg. If someone else is lifting 50kg, that's perfectly fine too. We're not running big circuits where everyone rotates around and uses the same weight. Our sessions are designed so you can progress properly and train like an individual.

3.⁠ ⁠The atmosphere is better.

We believe 12–18 people is the sweet spot.

It's big enough to create energy, motivation, and a great community vibe, but small enough that it never feels overcrowded.

4.⁠ ⁠Better coach-to-member ratio.

One coach trying to manage 30–40 people is tough, especially if members are lifting proper weights and working on technique.

The easiest way to run huge classes is to water down the programming and just make everyone sweat.

That's not us.

We focus on quality coaching, proper strength training, and making sure every member gets the attention they deserve.

Another banger RF Games! 🔥

We run the RF Games twice a year to give our members a chance to see how far they’ve come, challenge themselves, and have a whole lot of fun. Whether you’re there to compete or just give it a crack, it’s an awesome day.

It’s one of our favourite events because it brings together both locations, every class time, our coaches, staff, and the entire Road Fitness community.

If you’ve been thinking about jumping into the next one, lock in November 8. You must be a Road Fitness member, and we’ll be running both a 12-week and 6-week challenge leading into the Games so you’ll be ready for the day.
