The MSA's of Sydney are honoured to host South Africa's Shaykh Abdurragmaan Khan as he delivers a lesson on The Prophetic Model of Service.

Joining us is our beloved Shaykh Ibrahim Newman and Shaykh Wesam Charkawi, as they explore what it means to serve for the sake of Allah, uplift our communities, and carry forward the legacy of service exemplified by the Prophet ﷺ

We urge you all to join us, to ultimately learn how to become servants of those in need, and become lanterns for the wider Muslim community 🤲

Join us for a relaxed morning exploring the beautiful bushland and harbour views of Wollstonecraft after a stressful semester! We'll walk through shaded creekside tracks, enjoy scenic lookouts, share a picnic together, and finish with a short halaqah by the water.

Last week, Shaykh Owais Ali held a special talk on how to remain spiritually and mentally healthy, especially during times of stress ❤️‍🩹

It is important to understand that by improving mental well-being, purifying our hearts becomes easier. As students, taking care about all facets of our health during times of stress, whether it be with assessments or exams, is key to straightening our connection with Allah 🤲

🕌 TALK ON MENTAL HEALTH AND ISLAM ON TUESDAY

With exams and responsibilities piling up, many of us can feel mentally overwhelmed and spiritually drained. Join us for an important discussion on remaining steadfast during times of stress, and how improving mental wellbeing can help purify the heart and strengthen our connection with Allah.

🎙 With Sheikh Owais Ali
Currently pursuing Islamic and Arabic studies overseas after years of study and teaching in Sydney. Sheikh Owais has studied both classical and contemporary works in the Arabic language with Arab, Kurdish and Pakistani scholars while simultaneously completing his Bachelors of Psychology from Macquarie University.
