They joined our Strata Administration, Technology, and People & Culture teams, getting hands-on with some of the essential tasks we do every day, as well as a sneak peek into some bigger projects we're working on!

It was a great chance to give young people a real, practical look at an industry that they'd likely never considered before.

Insurance commissions are a major topic of conversation right now, but transparency is nothing new for us.

Well before the industry conversation took hold, we'd already made the move, transitioning our clients to a commission-free agency agreement because we felt owners simply deserved better visibility over how their strata management fees work.

The shift announced by SCA NSW last September was a positive step for the industry. But for many of our clients, it was already their reality.
