This term, we partnered with My First Job to host high school students on work experience. They joined our Strata Administration, Technology, and People & Culture teams, getting hands-on with some of the essential tasks we do every day, as well as a sneak peek into some bigger projects we're working on!

It was a great chance to give young people a real, practical look at an industry that they'd likely never considered before.
