A look into last nights workshop with Declan Moody

A massive thank you to Declan Moody for coming to Reign last night and sharing some knowledge on Headquarters Passing and Positioning. The coolest part of Jiu Jitsu is we can have a universally known position like Headquarters yet have such a variety of ways in which we can play/approach the position whether it be knee behind the hamstring and taller posture like Jonnatas Gracie or squatted heavy on the butterfly hook, inside knee pinning a leg like we saw in the Workshop not to mention all the other variations in-between. We’re covering the cost of this one because we want as many people in our grappling community as possible learning from a genuine Australian international competitor. Doesn’t matter what club you train at — this is open to everyone.

Only 30 spots. No cost to attend, but you MUST reserve your spot to come — we’re limited on mat space and can’t fit walk-ins. If you haven’t booked, please don’t rock up on the night.
