Numbers is not everything Practising Pilates is not the same as losing weight!

If you want to lose weight, you must control your diet.

Practice Pilates to change, don’t just look at numbers!

The longer you practice, the more you may find

Slim figure, with lines, increased energy, looks firm

But you may not lose weight.

Because of the principle of Pilates

Help you regain the centre of your body,

Improve posture and reduce the compensation of daily movements

Numbers is not everything #
