Hurlstone Park Wanderers

Our last grand final for 2026 was the 18/4s, and what a game it was! Both Abbotsford Juniors Football Club Abbotsford and Hurlo gave their all, cheered on by a great crowd at Arlington Oval (what a fantastic venue for finals - thank you Leichhardt Saints FC for hosting!). At full time the teams could not be separated and there were chances a plenty in the extra time, with stunning defending. In the end, with 2 minutes of extra time to go, Abbotsford found the back of the net. Congratulations to both teams for a great game, to Abbotsford Juniors Football Club for the championship and to our lads for the heart and skill and spirit they showed throughout the game. Champions!!! Our 13/1s played a mighty game to bring home the silverware. The future is bright with these lads!!!

We were proud to host our U9 Division 4s for their Presentation Round last Saturday. It was a fantastic day of football and a great opportunity to celebrate the players and everything they’ve achieved throughout the season.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, managers and parents, and a huge thank you to everyone who helped make it such a special day! 💙🤍⚽
