Aris had a career best performance, 6 for 6 and 3 PB's. There is only one time you sn**ch 100kg in competitionthe first time, and he did that and more.
Osman Dean finished with 135/160 in the 85kg class. The next training block could out him well above the 300 level.
Nelson Cheng from Sydney High club is a lifter we've collaborated with on multiple occasions. Yesterday he nailed this 136kg jerk to qualify for AWF Senior Nationals later this year.
Danielle Predkowski fought off a week of illness to claim the bronze in the 53kg class. No PB's but will compete again at the AusFitness Expo ⚡️ Global Celebration of Fitness & Health in a few weeks and be able to attempt some bigger lifts.

A massive comeback from Mätthew Gibböns at Australian Weightlifting Federation Masters Nationals in Adelaide today in the 40-44 110kg class.
Down by 11kg in the sn**ch, Matt followed a 137kg new National Record with an attempt for Gold at 142kg.
Not only was this rep a PB Jerk, it is a weight Matt has never cleaned before. 2 is all you need - and nobody celebrates like Gibbo!

The boys had a great day at the U15/Youth State Championships.
Simeon made all 6 lifts in his first competition. Bailey and Kayde both sn**ched 40kg for the first time and Alec put 18kg on his total.
Great comraderie in the session, the positive experiences continue to grow for these boys.
