Term 3 starts this Saturday!

We’re all looking forward to Gala Day 2027!

A fantastic day at Football NSW's Football4All Gala Day yesterday! ⚽💚

CommBank ParaMatildas Tamsin, Katelyn & Eloise loved being part of a day that celebrated inclusion, participation and the joy of football for all.

What a wonderful football4all Gala Day thanks to Football NSW!
The competition was feisty but fair, a true challenge for our seniors team but we dug deep and held our ground.

For the first game of the day, we had a victorious win! which built some much needed confidence as our players haven’t had much experience on a large field.

Second game was a draw, a mighty battle between evenly matched competitors!

A long lunch break gave everyone a chance to enjoy the fireys, police and ambo’s, the giant Milo velcro ball dartboard 🎯 and grab a snag 🌭

Game 3 was a shake up for our mighty team, up against solid opponents who ended up with a strong win.

No time to lick our wounds, the final game of the day was upon us, and we really wanted to finish on a high, and indeed we did. After a well fought battle, it wasn’t a win for us, but it was a very close game and a lovely positive way to wrap up our day.

Active Opportunities would like to thank every volunteer, every parent, every carer and most importantly, every single player, for a wonderful Gala Day!
