This gift from the orange tree in my garden will help me recover from the cold that snuck up on me when term finished. Lots of sleep, soup and finding new and creative ways to lie down, sometimes in the sun, is also helping. (Can’t quite call it savasana yet!) Oh and watching the soccer! Tomorrow I’ll start inversions on the way back to teaching again on Saturday when term restarts. I’m also listening to classical music and The Beatles and have turned off the news! Keeping things positive and my mind relaxed and at peace. In the meantime Jo and Connie are hale and hearty and will teach these classes on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I’ll teach pranayama on Friday at 4.30pm if I’ve recovered. 😀 Hope you’re all staying warm and well.

Thanks to the students who gave me this orchid when my Dad died 14 years ago.
It has flourished and I split it in two last year.
It loves lots of sun.
The second one on the verandah is also going well. ❤️

Carla reminded me the other day of these demonstrations we used to do for the Dulwich Hill Fair. This is a post from 2017 - can you recognise yourself or anyone else? 🙂
