17,877 push-ups. $1,370 raised. One incredible push for something good!
Over the past weeks of June, our amazing 38X Fitness community showed up day after day, pushing through every rep with purpose. Together, we completed an incredible 17,877 push-ups and raised $1,370 to support mental health across Australia.
Congratulations Sue, Chad, Jesse and David for completing the total amount of Push Ups and a huge congratulations to everyone involved.
We’re incredibly proud of what you guys achieved together, and even prouder to be part of a community that continues to show up for something bigger than themselves.

Focus on incorporating many coloured fruits and vegetables in your meals
Limit the intake of processed foods and sugary snacks
Remember, balance and moderation are key. The simple 80/;20 rule is a good place to start.

Huge Congrats to Rowan for winning his big race for the 3rd year in a Row. He has also won it 8 times before as well … crazy!
Rowan swam from Bondi to Watsons Bay. Huge Achievement.
I don’t think any of us could do that even with flippers on. Give him a high five and huge congrats when you see him in the club next.
