Why choose an over 50's yoga class?

Most people by the age of 50 are experiencing different joint considerations than they may have earlier in adult life. Some may have post surgery complications and for women life stage and hormonal changes.

My name is Rachael and I love teaching over 50's yoga, why? I know how my own body has changed and how necessary the modifications and adjustment to my own practice, exercise and movement have been as well as my much loved seniors students.

There is a difference between an instructor (demonstrates) a movement and a teacher (educates you on the movement, how and why). My classes dive deeply into the teaching so that my students can apply that knowledge and understanding to their daily activities and benefit from understanding functional movement patterns.

Join me for a class or a private group booking and enjoy the benefits of strength, stretch and mobilisation.
