Some of the most important exercises in Reformer Pilates aren't the most complicated.
Offering is one of those movements.
It may look simple, but every repetition is helping to build shoulder stability, improve posture, strengthen your core and create the control you'll use throughout your entire practice.

7 Pilates myths that are stopping people from starting.
If you’ve ever thought Pilates is just stretching, that you need to be flexible first, or that it’s only for women, you’re not alone.
The truth is, Pilates is for every body and every fitness level. It helps build strength, improve mobility, increase balance and move with more confidence whether it’s your first class or your hundredth.
Myth 1: You need to be flexible before starting pilates
Pilates improves flexibility. You don’t need it to begin.
Myth 2: Pilates is just stretching
Its strength, stability, mobility and control in one workout.
Myth 3: You need to already be fit.
Pilates needs you where you are and helps you get better.
Myth 4: Pilates is only for women.
