Trifu Dojo is an innovative and progressive Karate school owned and run by Daniel Trifu as the Head Instructor.
In martial arts, there is no substitute for learning from masters. We were honoured that the man who founded global Kyokushin Karate movement sent his star pupil, Shihan Tokujun Ishi to Australia to grow the discipline – and our students benefit directly from this. In 1993, Sensei Daniel Trifu, founder of Trifu Dojo, began to learn from Shihan Ishi, and honed his skills over the next seven years.
Drill of the Day. Back Spinning kick is normally the last kick of a combination. One of the reasons is that after this kick is hard to balance and follow with another technique. Also , your opponents know that after this kick you might be vulnerable to a counter attack. Trifu Dojo
