The shift that finally changed my physique (after years of trying)..
To the girls who are stuck not fuelling their bodies for their goals, in and out of deficits, overtraining, and wondering why nothing is changing…
I get it. I was you.
I trained for YEARS before I ever made real progress with my physique
These photos are only 4 years apart - but the mindset, structure, and habits behind them are worlds apart.
One thing about me, I have never not been consistent, yet found myself being both underweight and overweight at times…
Consistency was never the issue.
Because the truth is…
You don’t need more work.
You need a simple plan that’s proven to get results, and the high level of support to get there
Now? My training is ridiculously simple - and I think most of you would be shocked by how little I actually do…
What changed everything for me:
💡 Spending more time out of a deficit
💡 Tracking my nutrition properly & focusing on fuelling, not just hitting macros
💡 Prioritising real strength training (not 5-6 day gym splits)
💡 Trusting the process - even when results weren’t instant
💡 Holding myself to a higher standard.
Either way, I know how it feels to be stuck in the middle.
Wanting to lose fat and gain muscle.
Constantly asking yourself:
“Do I eat more? Am I doing this wrong?”
Here’s what I learnt:
✅ Getting leaner doesn’t always mean getting lighter
✅ Don’t do this alone - a plan isn’t enough, you will still second guess everything. Support & accountability matter most
✅ The magic is in recomp - improving your muscle-to-fat ratio, not just dropping weight
✅ There’s no success in overwhelm & having no long-term plan
When I finally started training smarter (not harder), everything changed.
I lifted heavy. I fueled properly.
And I gave my body the time it needed to actually grow.
I feel stronger, more confident, and I genuinely love my shape
