WOW! A huge thank you to for another incredible competition! We had a small but mighty team representing IEM at the NSW MX Lyra Championships, and we’re so excited to share that all three of our athletes finished on the podium! 🏆
More than the results, we’re incredibly proud of the kindness and sportsmanship our students showed throughout the day—lending grip, encouraging others, and taking the time to congratulate performers and tell them how much they enjoyed their routines. They represented IEM beautifully. 💜
🥇 Lily – Advanced Lyra 15–17
Lily’s first time competing in an Advanced category, and she embraced the challenge with confidence. After adding more advanced skills to her routine and achieving a personal best in technique, she took home 1st place!
🥈 Eliana – Beginner Lyra 11–14
Eliana’s very first aerial competition! She stepped onto the stage against a large, competitive section and delivered a fantastic performance to earn 2nd place. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.
🥉 Inaya – Intermediate Lyra 15–17
This was Inaya’s first individual Lyra competition. With most of her training focused on silks and duo work, she recently built this Lyra routine and performed it beautifully, earning 3rd place!
We couldn’t be prouder of our girls. Thank you to for such a welcoming and well-run competition, for the beautiful venue, for the amazing photos, Miss for her coaching and support, and our wonderful families for always supporting our athletes. 💜
