The trip of a lifetime is getting better and better each day.

Thank you and for hosting our Little Leaguers as they feast on lunchtime hot wings.

The game was set up
On short notice , the people over at South Williamsport little league got the call , yesterday about 11am, Australia and Pennsylvania wanted to play a game , now you have to understand the league has been shut down for sometime , they had to get the field ready , mow the grass , get umpires , get the concession stand going … but of course they said yes … they are little league volunteers , after all

What a time it was , just another memory piled on top of all the others , Australia and Pennsylvania, one last game in paradise before returning … to the real world would be the perfect words. The score of the game didn’t matter , do any of the score of any of the games really matter its the general atmosphere you’ll remember , everything will blend together in your mind in your memories .. you can’t take it all in at once but it will all come back when you least expect it , maybe a song , seeing a piece of memorabilia , or just closing your eyes and dreaming will bring you back … one more game before leaving . And after the game , both teams got together , took photos , traded keepsakes , and then the league …. Opened up the concession stand , free food for all , one team that came 9,800 miles sitting down with kids who came the shortest distance , and there was something right about it all, all under beautiful skies , far away from the roars and sounds of the LLWS , but the sound of children - young men , laughing and having a good time carried out over the field where the thrill of the game just played hung in the air like a mist.

During MLB Little League Classic Day at the 2026 Little League World Series in Williamsport, Ryde Hawks Little League shared a bus with Atlanta Braves stars Ozzie Albies, Drake Baldwin and Ronald Acuna Jnr.

What an awesome experience and memories to last a lifetime! 🇦🇺⚾️

A small THANK YOU to show some of the immense gratitude we have for Little League International and ESPN for their support of our little league players, coaches and their families. Although our tournament is over, the memories will be with us all forever.
