PLAYER OF THE WEEK | Anne Imbogo
Anne has been nominated for several weeks now, and this week she finally gets the shout.
She shows up, puts in the work, and throws herself 100% into every session - something she’s been doing consistently for years.
A special mention from Coach this week, who was impressed with how Anne took on feedback during her Thursday Power session. Her willingness to learn, refine her technique and keep improving week after week is exactly what we love to see.
Progress isn’t always about big leaps - sometimes it’s about turning up, staying coachable and trusting the process.

Player of the Week - ⭐️
A massive shoutout to Gaby, who welcomed her baby girl earlier this year and has since returned to consistent training while juggling all the challenges that come with being a new parent.
She continues to show up & put in the work (with baby H by her side) proving that progress isn’t always about perfect conditions.
A reminder that training looks different in different seasons of life and that’s okay.
Big shoutout also to father for balancing the same situation. And still training like a boss!
