Autumn always carries a special feelingβ¦
A quiet harmony -
when everything slows down,
when we begin to let go of what is no longer needed,
and gently return to what truly matters. π
A soft reminder of the heart -
of our ability to feel, to open, to receive, and to love.
Of that inner space within us
where there is always room for warmth and softness. π
Today in my Chakra Yoga class,
we will gently connect with the energy of the Heart Center - Anahata,
through breath, movement, and mindful awareness.
We will
πΏ open the chest and create space for the breath
πΏ release accumulated tension and emotions
πΏ reconnect with inner harmony and balance
We will also add meditation and affirmations,
and immerse ourselves in the healing vibrations of sound healing,
allowing the heart to feel lighter, freer, and more openβ¦ β¨

Yoga practice in nature is always a true joyβ¦
Especially when itβs in the Blue Mountains, by such a beautiful lake π©΅
I really love these balancing twists β when your gaze is not forward, but turned toward your hand.
In that moment, the mind starts to get a little nervousβ¦ as if itβs losing control over the balance, over the legβ¦
And maybe even over the situation itself π«
And this is where yoga becomes so powerful.
Through the body, through the practice β we gently calm the mind and the nervous system,
reconnect with our inner balance, and return to a sense of stability within.
And when we find that inner stabilityβ¦
we begin to feel more grounded even in situations that once felt uncomfortable or uncertain.
By balancing the body β we balance the mind and the nervous systemβ¦
and sometimes, on a deeper energetic level,
even the situation we are inβ¦ and the people around us π
